Shipping policy

Shipping
We generally use Australia Post for domestic services as they are the most cost effective way of shipping your order to you.  Domestic and International orders do have tracking numbers for your parcels.

We recommend DHL service for international order and offer a 50% discount on DHL rates to our international customers.

We are currently only shipping goods on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Please be aware that if you live in Australia and you select Express Post say on a Tuesday after 3pm your package will not ship until Friday. We ship them in good faith but cannot be held responsibile for parcels that become lost in the mail or held up in customs as both of these things are out of our control.

International Customers Overseas shipments can sometimes take additional time so please be patient, if you have concerns about delivery or tracking please contact us at admin@lynetteandersondesigns.com.au.


Import Duty/Customs Duty
We cannot be held responsible for any additional import/customs fees or taxes, customs duty, import tax, handling fees, etc. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms for you.
