Tucked between the tree’s, this little cottage is perched high on the hill where it can enjoy the view of the meadows below. I have combined some sweet embroidery with applique and had fun doing some tiny 1/2” half square triangles which are done on foundation papers. A folded trim adds extra dimension to the finished pillow.

- 9 ½” x width of fabric blue floral, side border and pillow back
- ¾” x 20” plum print, folded trim

- Stranded embroidery floss, I used Valdani #P10 antique violet, #031 tealish blue, #0196 muddy bark, #0503 garnets, #0575 crispy leaf and #0511 black sea (DMC conversion #3041, #3760, #839, #221, #3364 and #310)
